I'm still waiting for Apple to rectify this. In this case -Apple drives frustrated users deprived of the software they own - directly to the hands of the pirate software-download sites, which also isn't a good idea. This way, you can continue editing, mixing, recording, and so on, no matter where you are. I DO understand end-of-support cycle - that's inevitable when you have a decade of versions of any software package - but removing the unsupported versions? I don't need support. Whether you are a pro or just starting your music production career, the GarageBand app is a handy download for your smartphones. Erasing the history isn't a good idea, and brings bad memories. In my despair of the App-Store removal of Garageband, I went into my Developer "downloads" page, and spent hours only to find (in horror) that the archives of old MacOS, Developer-Tools, and other Apple software - have all vanished. This is VERY important in order to test my own software against Apple's in all kinds of scenarios. However - I bought iLife (it wasn't free at that time!) and It is (so I think) Apple's responsibility to ensure I have access to software I purchased.įurthermore - as a registered (and paying) developer, I had in the past access to archives of Apple former versions for most of Apple's software. I can-not and will not upgrade my OS on this Mac - it's old, and has hundreds of 32bit applications and software-development projects I did along the years, that must be preserved. I DO NOT have a time-machine backup of it, and now I'm stuck without any way of reinstalling the software.įor most every other app that went beyond compatibility with my MacOS 10.14.6, the App Store always offers the last version still compatible with my Mac and Mac-OS - except this new brutality from Apple. I was forced to remove the working/installed version from my MacBookPro because I have a tiny SSD (thank you Apple again for non-extendable soldered SSD drives) and I did that in the knowledge I could always re-install it from the App-Store. Lately Apple removed the latest version running on MacOS 10.14.6 Mojave, and the only version on the App Store is for Big-Sur which can't run on my Mac. Inoltre puoi anche registrare le tue creazioni e condividerle con i tuoi. Grazie a quest’app puoi comporre musica ovunque tu sia e suonare la chitarra, basso, tastiera, batteria e molti altri strumenti. My Garage Band was purchased long time ago part of the iLife CD serires, and has been updated ever since. GarageBand è un’app sviluppata da Apple per ricreare uno studio di registrazione ed averlo sempre a portata di mano. There is no way to download it from the AppStore, even if you have it purchased.
